Bronze Star Home Inspections PLLC (“Bronze Star,” “we,” “us”) operates
bronzestarhomeinspections.com and provides home and commercial property inspection services in the
Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what information is collected
through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information You Provide
When you submit the inspection request form, you may provide:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Whether you are a buyer, seller or real estate agent
- Your preferred method of contact
- Your real estate agent’s name, phone and email, or your client’s details if you are an agent
- The property address, lot number, approximate square footage, year built, foundation type, number of stories and whether the property is occupied
- The service or services you need
- Your preferred inspection date, backup date, preferred time window, and any option period or closing deadline
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, the area you are inquiring about, and your message.
We collect this information only to schedule, perform and follow up on inspection services. We do not sell
your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Text Message Consent
The inspection request form includes a checkbox indicating that we may text you about your inspection.
By checking it, you consent to receive text messages from Bronze Star relating to your inspection request,
scheduling and report delivery. These are service messages, not marketing campaigns. Message and data rates
may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly. Withdrawing
consent does not affect our ability to perform your inspection; we will simply contact you by phone or email instead.
Information Collected Automatically
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. These
services set cookies and may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site,
and the source that referred you. This information is used in aggregate to improve the website.
If we run advertising campaigns, Google Ads conversion tracking may record that a form submission or phone
call originated from an advertisement. Where remarketing features are enabled, Google may use cookies to show
our ads to people who have previously visited this site.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using the
Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on,
and manage advertising personalisation at
Google My Ad Center.
Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies.
Third Parties Who Process Information for Us
- HomeGauge — inspection reporting software. Completed inspection reports are produced
and delivered to clients through HomeGauge. Report-related information, including the property address and your
contact details, is processed there. HomeGauge is not used for scheduling. - Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) — website analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
- Gravity Forms and Gravity SMTP — form submission handling and delivery of notification emails.
- Cloudways — website hosting. Server logs may record IP addresses and request data.
- Trustindex — displays our public Google reviews on this site.
Each of these providers processes information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
How Long We Keep Information
Form submissions are retained in the website database and in our email records for as long as needed to
provide services and to maintain business records. Inspection reports are retained in accordance with the
record-keeping requirements applicable to licensed inspectors in Texas and Tennessee. You may request deletion
of your website form submission at any time.
Your Choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to
delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on
where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and access to form submissions is limited to authorised personnel. No method
of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
